strange/not true messages

hello, 
I'm getting many 
"Warning, no filters were found, no change detection ran - Did the page change layout? update your Visual Filter if necessary."
and "exception:" (empty exception) messages, other than that these watches work fine, I can see the latest change on previews etc, but why are these errors then,?
I'm trying self hosting for now, thanks
