[feature] Highlight matched keywords on history page

I have watchers looking for specific keywords on a page with long lists. When a change happens and I check the history page between two page versions it shows a lot of red and green lines (the changes) but it would be really helpful if it can highlight the matching keywords in the page. (maybe an option to show only the matched keywords from the change)
