timezone support for changedetection

this issue is related to changedetection but since the fix is in the alpine image of sockpuppetbrowser i create it here.
when using changedetection to check websites for free appointments, it was showing me the appointments in wrong times. I checked the changedetection timezone in GUI settings and it was correct. I realized later that issue is that sockpuppetbrowser does not have timezone support but defaults to some timezone (not the desired one).

workaround: execute below in the container as root
$apk add tzdata
$ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Brussels /etc/localtime

maybe the tzdata could be added in the image and localtime could be set from the main tzdata in changedetection settings?

Came here for the same thing. I'm using sockpuppetbrowser with changedetection.
