simple code wont work

Hi! I hope everyone is doing fine.
I am a student and for research I wanted to scrape some data. My 10-K scraper worked just fine but seems like sec is touchy about 10-Q, I am trying to use Edgar tools found a yt video but even simple line of code is not working, can someone point the way how to get started here? ( I am using pycharm )
