Thanks for the explanation. The time/effort involved is definitely not worth it compared to taking the info from the Nasdaq page. This only crops up very seldomly so Nasdaq is the way to go. |

I came across edgartools just the other day and would like to know if they can return sufficient information to prepare a report similar to what is available from nasdaq from its Institutional Holdings page (e.g https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/xflt/institutional-holdings). If so what flow would get me there? Right now I don’t see a path from the stock ticker (xflt) back to an institutional holder.
