Display non-intrusive info text in background of transcript input box #25

Feature Description
In the background of the transcript (Transkripte) text box, show a text with the following properties:
- The text should be visible but not selectable and must not distract the user when editing the transcript.
Additional Information to Display
- The currently selected AI model for transcription should be visible.
- The currently selected AI model for text reformatting should be visible.
- Display whether Auto-Format is enabled or disabled.
- Indicate if an OpenAI Key is stored or missing.
Guidance
- The information should be presented unobtrusively. Example: Use a lower opacity or watermark-style text, but ensure clarity.
- The background information must not interfere with regular text entry or selection.
- Make sure the information does not distract or overwhelm the user experience.
Acceptance Criteria
- Info text is visible in the background of the transcript text box, but cannot be selected by the user
- Shows the currently selected AI model for transcription and for reformatting
- Displays the Auto-Format setting status
- Clearly states if an OpenAI Key is stored or missing
- Does not distract, interfere, or make it hard to use the transcript input box
This feature will help users stay aware of their current AI and input settings without cluttering the interface.
