Documentation has serious link rot potential

I worry that access to Skeleton documentation could end abruptly.

Skeleton itself is available in a .zip file, but its documentation does not appear to be on Github or elsewhere for download. It's possible to mirror from getskeleton.com, but even that has external dependencies in order to work. Moreover, the domain expires in less than a month, and will only autorenew for as long as someone keeps paying the bill.

We can move documentation to the wiki of this repo, I suppose, it's free to edit. Just in case.
