[Registry] Can we add a logic to change/modify the 'record' author ?

Usecase

I (an entity with an identity on chain) created a registry, added multiple records (ie, entries) into it. Now after sometime, I have different users, who have created on-chain identity, wants to manage a single entry out of the registry.

Here, the boundary check is, the entry's author, shouldn't be allowed to edit other entries in given registry.
