Building lib #4
Description
Hello, I'm trying to get this library building again in a fork,
hoping someone has an idea on how to get appveyor to output the correct .dll.
My .dll files i'm building fail to load in gmod. Also the .dll seems rather small, my x64 release file is only 169kb.
