Running into error using subset based full field

I was able to do this before but now it seems that the same parameters are not working. Any thoughts on this error?

It's hard to say what's causing the problem, if you look in the .dice folder you should find an image showing where the features were found (if any). That might help you diagnose what's going on

I've had this issue too Lucero, for me it was that the background had better features than my subject. Masking out the background with black helped, and for very low contrast speckles I used the threshold version.
