Batch script for installation

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to build DICe on Ubuntu 22.04 and have run into issues with mismatching versions of Trilinos, OpenCV, and CMake. I noticed there used to be a Dockerfile in this repo in the past, but it was deleted.

Is there an updated .sh batch script or Dockerfile that others are using successfully today?
