Trying to run WAS locally and getting CORS error

I'm trying to run this myself and having difficulty.

this example

results in the following error logs:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at http://localhost:8080/space/a86a2b90-9e09-46e3-b5a1-633791340a09. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed). Status code: (null).

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource. 

I put together a reproduction.

1. clown this repository: https://github.com/tylerchilds/plan98
2. run the client with deno task start-client
3. visit http://localhost:8000/app/my-wallet
