⚡️ Refactor SVG icons and update styles

- Updated the viewBox dimensions for icon-animate.svg and icon.svg to 512x512.
- Changed class names from 'diecoding-icon' to 'dc-icon' for consistency across styles.
- Adjusted fill colors and animation properties for eye and tooth elements in both SVG files.
- Simplified the structure of the SVGs by removing redundant paths and consolidating styles.
- Added a new settings.json file for VSCode to customize SVG preview background.
