Waveform stuck at 0V

The wicope GUI is able to start and connect to the board (prints COM number), but the blue waveform trace disappears when I click button_run. I am generating the test signal using our school's signal generator.

It seems that the Arduino UNO is not sending anything back to the computer, as its TX light remains off.

Is the trigger signal well configured? Maybe the voltage was not high enough to trigger the trigger? If you deactivate the trigger at least you should see the signal free running.

I have the same problem, with TX remaining off too.
Even after deactivating the trigger and playing with trigger threshold, the signal graph stays at 0V.
