Introduce an AI assistance notice to the repo

Seems digger is attracting alot of contributors attention this month, ultimately ai will be used in many of these contributions. It is important that the human reviewer is aware of which pull requests are primarily ai generated, which ones are ai assisted but human crafted. The reason is to estimate the amount of rigor needed while performing the review. I propose adding an Ai-Assistance notice like the one introduce by ghostty to have contributors declare at the time of PR creation the level of ai involved while that PR change was being written
