Prep Crowdin Projects #1777

Towards #1775
On Crowdin, we need to prepare the projects for the changes to the translation process. This includes turning off all the github integrations in the crowdin comapeo-mobile project, and making sure there are no english strings and translations in the crowdin comapeo project.
To Note
- This needs to be done AFTER a v10.2 hotfix is created with the latest translations as this Issue will turn off the crowdin integration. There is a training in Indonesia and it has been requested that a release is created after translators have translated the app in Bahasa. They have been asked to finished the translation by March 30. After March 30, we should start the process of a new hotfix release. This will force the crowdin github integration to create a new PR with the latest translations that we can merge into the hotfix release, and publish it to be used for this training.
- This has to be the First step in the updating of the translation process as the we need to turn of the github integration and they auto complile and extract files, and we are changing how those files will be compiled and extracted.
To Do
- Run "sync" the github Integration in the crowdin comapeo-mobile. this will create a PR with the latest translations (if there are any)
- Merge the PR that was just open to update develop with the latest translations before we turn off the integration.
- Turn off the Github Integration in the crowdin comapeo-mobile project.
- Turn off Github Integration in the crowdin comapeo project.
- Delete all the source string and translation in the new crowdin comapeo project.. All these tranlsation exist the comapeo mobile crowdin projects. We want this crowdin project to look like a fresh crowdin project with no data.
