Local force constants - error

I have been unable to get the local force constants to work correctly. I set up the Gaussian input file as described but I get error messages when I try load_file for both the .log and .fchk. I've attached my two Gaussian output files (as .txt files) and screenshots of the error messages I am receiving. I'd appreciate if someone could help point out what I might be doing wrong.

Thanks for raising this @LeahKuhn! There was a typo in the docs, so what you should use is IOp(7/75=-1) instead of IOp(7/75=1), i.e., use -1 instead of 1. I tried that on G16 and it worked on my end. For G09 I couldn't get it to work with fckh and would need to look into that, but using the log file seems fine.
