Create a new repo as nfc-render-method for nfc lib

• Move NFC logic as a stand-alone lib
• nfcRenderer.js
• util.js
• utilBrowser.js

Additionally, in the near future, add logic for dynamic rendering using the renderMethod. renderProperty field and use the selectJsonLd with documentLoader correctly.

Update bedrock-web-wallet package.json and use nfc-render-method as a lib module/package.
