Implement simple integration tests

Start the application and make sure that the basics of the application work properly. Being able to test the binding between view model and view would close a significant testing gap in the application. Testing whether the application is able to start up properly would also close a further testing gap with the container being able to resolve all needed dependencies.

Use something like TestStack.White or FlaUI to write the tests.
