The following tools are used:

Nuget
Visual Studio 2015
ReSharper (optional)

For getting the project running it should be enough to import the .sln-file. All dependencies will be downloaded automatically.

Xamarin Studio is currently NOT supported (Dependency Issues with Nuget)
