Investigate accessibility for the Header-Menu on iOS

Describe the Bug

Investigate accessibility for the Header Menu why the items says "comma" then the item name.
I tested the accessibility using "accessibility inspector" on mac but it could differ for VoiceOver(on real device).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to categories.
2. Activate accessibility inspector or better the VoiceOver itself.
3. Check the header menu items.

Expected Behavior

To read the menu item clearly without comma before it.
