Which command lines that are equivalent to "Save and Restart" function

Our proxy memory's getting full over time.
Do we have any command lines that can help to restart our Websafety services ? if yes, i will set it up to run by weekly.

The UI generates config files and then calls /opt/websafety/bin/restart.sh or reload.sh. Hope this helps.
