Logfile_daemon do not compress access log files

Hi,
I check in /var/log/squid/ and found out the cache files are able to compressed but not for access files.
I see the cache file using logrotate service and access files are using logfile_daemon but it can not compress.

The system relies on the uncompressed log files to manage automatic re-collection of logs - and manages those lifetime as set in the Admin UI / Squid / Logs / Settings. Thus logrotate is not used. This is by design.
