Receiving Queue is increasing during start of office hour.

Dear,
Our 9.5 squid box seems to working fine at night time.
But as soon as office hours starts, it seems to be very slow, i checked CPU/Memory/Hard drive is not normall.
So where else we can think of the problem stays?

i tried to look for information at the link. This page does not show up as guideline. So could you tell me the alternative way to check DNS related thing? My Websatefy version is 9.4

Please look at #2308 - maybe this helps to manually run the squidclient if you have changed the default port 3128 to something else.

Thank you, i have run and the result is ERR_ACCESS_DENIED.
So could you tell me the another way around?
