My Twitter list isn't loading or visible. Just to be sure, I also tested other popular public lists. Still, only the list function isn't loading.

I've been using Old Twitter for a long time and enjoy the list feature. This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and I'm a bit confused. Please help me resolve this.
