Draw Plugin - unable to delete points

When using the demo at https://svelte-maplibre.vercel.app/examples/draw I am unable to delete points from a polyline by first selecting it and then pressing the Delete key.
Deleting points does work on the https://maplibre.org/maplibre-gl-js/docs/examples/mapbox-gl-draw/ demo
