Implement massage tamplate #2
Description
We want to be able to change messages format without app redeployment.
- Template pattern should be fetched from Firebase.
- Template should allow to manipulation of message structure using static text and literals (
$relese_note$ ,$app_name$ ,$app_version$ , etc.)
