i18n: add option to specify language #1

Hi,
our Docosaurus project has German as its primary language but we also have an English translation. We're using Docusaurus i18n mechanism for this. Even though must LLMs are pretty tolerant with input languages I'd prefer to use the English version as the source for our llms.txt file. I'd like an option the use the English translation (if exists).
