Summary statistics used as input files

Hello

I have summary statistics for GWAS bipolar disorder. I can see from the input files used for ARCHIE analysis to be correlation matrix files. Did you run correlation analysis with eQTLs summary statistics prior to running the ARCHIE analysis?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in ARCHIE. Yes, correlation matrices are the input for ARCHIE. In our case this was extracted using the files provided by eQTLGen which contains 10K+ GWAS significant SNPs for different diseases/traits. However, if your set of SNPs do not fall in this set of SNPs, you'd have to use a transcriptomic/eQTL study from where you can extract the SNP-gene expression correlation for your set of SNPs for all possible genes.
