Missing competencies around software governance #213
Description
I don't really see anything about the governance aspects of open source software in the Software engineering methodologies & tools section, such as
Governance and roles
Defining roles, leadership
Project structure
Business skills / creating an organization
Organizational health considerations
Licensing and IP (While licensing is there, the IP part might be missing)
Project practices
Some of this may overlap other sections, such as Professional Skills, Leadership and Management, and Communication, but I'm not sure it's really there either.
