Missing competencies around software community #214
Description
I don't really see anything about the community aspects of open source software in the Software engineering methodologies & tools section, such as
Community engagement & Community management
OSS foundations
Conflict resolution
Setting norms
Culture
Community health assessment & how to use it
Some of this may overlap other sections, such as Professional Skills, Leadership and Management, and Communication, but I'm not sure it's really there either.
