Implement sorting feature

Two possible ways:

• Implement a service in Vnint which handles the sorting client side
• Make a python API which receives a JSON object and returns the optimal sorting

Decision to make an extra python API for sorting out the students -> Vnint will need a service to make an HTTP request + some fancy loading spinners a way to 'accept the results'
