Restarting HA when car is connected cause EVSE to fail

If I restart HA while my car is connected but not charging, EVSE gets stuck in "Waiting for Charger" even if I start charging, until I physically disconnect the car, restart HA (just reloading EVSE while disconnected does not seem to help) and then reconnect the car.

Can you check the charger's "charger_operation_mode" entity in Home Assistant and provide me with its value? The Load Balancer should be monitoring this value to understand whether the charger "Can Charge". As soon as that happens it should switch to "monitoring loads".

Also please enable Debug Logging for the Integration and provide me with an export of the logs when this happens so I can have a look and see if something is off.
