Give context on translations

Summary

Currently, translation output is sent as a plaintext result.

This opens up the possibility for amusing messages which may not be appropriate, as it seems like they originate directly from the bot itself.

Proposal

Add an embed or prefix to the message

en-US -> de-DE | (...)

Care to elaborate?

In my opinion, omitting all context in translation results allows for the questionable behaviour mentioned above, so I wouldn't mind additional context regarding this "design".

It's more natural and less noisy in a conversation. Less is more.

We've not had a problem operating this bot in the last three or so years of its existence.
