Dynamic choices in sub command

Hi. How can I update choises list in sub-command for example after some interaction? For example if I will click on some random button it will add 1 more entry in DB from where I'll parse it to choises list.
Here is code of command registration:

	->setName('sub')
	->setDescription('test')
	->setType(Options::SUB_COMMAND);
$subOption = (new Options($discord))
	->setType(Options::STRING)
	->setName('test')
	->setDescription('Test')
	->setRequired(true);

	$subOption->addChoice(Choice::new($discord, $row["name"], $row["id"]));
}

$option->addOption($subOption);
$builder = CommandBuilder::new()->setName('testcommand')->setDescription("test")->addOption($option);
$command = new Command($discord, $builder->toArray());
$discord->application->commands->save($command);

I need to refresh Choices list after some trigger(As I said for example button push). Am I need to remove this command and re-create it again when I need? Or there is better solution?

Aswer is simple. I used AutoComplete feature. Now it works as I wanted
