Hello,
I have a suggestion regarding the ticket system feature:
When a user creates a ticket, the bot usually sends a message like:
“🎫 Your ticket has been created! Check #ticket-123.”
However, this message stays in the ticket creation channel permanently unless the user clicks “Dismiss Message.” This can cause confusion, especially if:
• The user returns later and sees the old message still there.
• They try to create a new ticket and think it hasn’t worked.
• It clutters the channel over time with leftover messages.
🔧 Suggested Feature:
• Add an option to automatically delete or hide the ticket-created message after a certain time (e.g., 10–30 seconds).
This would make the ticket experience cleaner and reduce confusion for returning users
