Right now, when a staff member claims a ticket, it shows something like:
“ Staff has claimed this ticket”
This message is functional, but it could be improved for clarity and appearance.
Suggested improvement:
Change it to something like:
“This ticket will now be handled by <@staff-username>. Please wait while they assist you.”
This looks cleaner, more personal, and gives the user a clear idea of who is helping them.
