To reward helpful staff and track performance, it would be great to have a ticket stats/leaderboard feature.
eg :
/stats (for admins)
What it should show:
• Total tickets claimed by the staff member (category-wise)
• Average response time (if possible)
• Feedback rating (if feedback is collected)
• Any notes left by users (optional)
• Promotion eligibility (based on thresholds)
This would make it easier to recognize top-performing support staff and assign special roles or rewards based on real data.
