Feature Request: Add Japanese (ja) to Internationalization Options

I would like to request the addition of Japanese to the internationalization options.
I checked Weblate hoping to contribute to the translation, but Japanese is not currently included.
Since Language Name: Japanese (Locale: ja, Native Name: 日本語) is a supported language on Discord's side,
would it be possible to add it?

I've messaged Eartharoid about this and will assign him to this issue since he is the only one that can adjust this on the Weblate. I'll let you know here when it has been added and you can begin translating the strings.

Would you be up for being added as a Reviewer for the Japanese translation of Discord Tickets on Weblate? This would mean that you would review other peoples submissions for accuracy (since we don't really have anyone else for this) which would greatly benefit the project, but it's perfectly fine if you dont want to.
