add all replied messages to a thread once created

As long as a message is not a thread, all it's replies are spread along the channel.
I'm suggesting that's the moment someone turns the message into a thread, these reply messages will appear in the thread.
This will make more order in a channel like threads is trying to do.

Can't wait for threads to launch officially ! love it.

Oh, that's an interesting way of thinking about it
I think it's a little too much power to give users if one person can arbitrarily decide to move _other people's messages into a thread via replies
But I'm open to one day considering a more generic "move message" action so that when a conersation starts in a channel and moves to a thread moderators could clean that up.

Expanding on this, "move message" would be great.
Too often a topic starts and dominates a low-traffic channel that should have been started as a thread. There will even be a reply of "Well it's too late now", and then continue to dominate even more in that channel.
The decision to not thread when it does feel "too late" stems from not knowing how long the conversation will continue from there on, and not wanting to waste a thread on a topic that will only have 1 or 2 more messages.
At least if move messages was a thing, the previous messages that dominated can be moved in
