this tbh, this would be very useful when a person who is new to discord or something is adding the bot as they might not know what the bot does |

I was thinking there could be some method to indicate the reason for the permission when a user is adding a bot via the oauth bot scope. This can be useful for the user to tick off the permissions that they think isnt useful for them. 1 potential way of this could be to set reason for each permission ( or permissions that were ticked) in the oauth2 tab of the application, and then those reasons are saved and showed again whenever any oauth link is used. Other method could be to use url parameters. I tried to add an example as to how it could look. Thoughts?
