Add (banner) and (accent_color) fields to the user object (message.author, member.user, etc)

Add banner and accent_color fields to the (message.author, member.user, etc) objects, currently it's only available when you fetch the user from the API.

Edited to include member.user object as well. (forgot about that)

It would be better IMO to expose a limited version of the /users/:user_id/profile endpoint – it makes caching logic much simpler for libraries and prevents Discord from putting in the work to request data a bot doesn't use.
