New Component Suggestions

Apart from my suggestion about Inline Selects, here are a list of unplanned components which might improve the user experience:

1. Sliders
2. Sticker Buttons
3. Timers/Counters
4. Progressbars

Feel free to comment on the plausibility of these and if you have anything to add to the list.
