Add responding with "pong" (type 1) to all interaction types back

This was removed because they wanted the user to get a response when using slash commands if i remember right so, i present this:

I think something like this would look nice, as in some situations you dont want to send a message and are currently forced to do this

which in my opinion doesnt look very nice

I'd personally also appreciate being able to "eat" the slash command and process it afterwards, without any user feedback.

I agree, but they removed it so I'm trying to meet them halfway
