Revert change to "this bot is private" error message in oauth2 flow

The "this bot is private" error message was recently changed to "this integration is private".

This is incorrect and does not reflect the fact that the private toggle is on the "bot" page of the dev dashboard, nor that it is labeled "Public bot" and not "public integration". Please revert this change.

well the error is correct in that it was changed to prevent authorizing applications.commands too, not just adding the bot. the real issue here is how it is presented in the dev portal
