Hide Slash Commands

Suggestion
Instead of greying out slash commands for users who do not have access, completely remove them from the commands menu.
Why?
I do not want to reveal certain commands, or features, to regular members - rather keep the commands private to moderators/staff.

I'm going to assume this is already included in #3581 - API Roadmap either as part of the "revisit permission system" or "improved UX" points?
