Bot created guilds missing slash command scope

If you create a guild with a bot, it doesn't come with the applications.commands scope, niche problem but would be useful.

fwiw you should be able to give yourself manage server permissions and then authorize the bot again with the scope, but it should probably be given all permissions by default.
