Allow for markdown in slash command descriptions

Currently, the description for slash commands and their options do not support markdown.
Having markdown support here would allow developers to highlight important words or add examples with code blocks (for example a prefix for an option like ytsearch:)

Currently, markdown doesn't render and users just see this (screenshot is taken from alpha 116200 on android)
