Redesign how replies look when they're out of screen

If you trigger an interaction while being scrolled in a channel, you won't see the reply until you scroll back down to the bottom of the channel. This is an issue if you're doing some sort of task that requires you to go back finding old messages in a channel and do something with them (like using a component on the message), in which case if you want to see the reply, you'll have to lose your scrolling position and have to manually go back where you left, which is annoying.

A potential solution would be to add some sort of notification that will be guaranteed to be on screen while the user is still scrolled down. Here's a Figma mockup to showcase what the idea could end up looking like:

That doesn't work for ephemeral messages, they just disappear when you click it.
