The integration permission settings should include descriptions

When you try to edit permissions for non-slash commands of an integration, you only see the name of the command. This means you have to just know what that command does when editing permissions for it.

An improvement for user-experience would be to allow adding descriptions to all commands, which can then be displayed in these integration settings.

I have no idea what these commands do, and would basically have to test each of them individually to find out. It would be much better if they had descriptions. It is also not very clear whether they are message or user context menus.

For slash commands, the description shows in permission editing popup when you press the command in the list.
Context menu commands do not have descriptions at all.
